PestWorld 2026 at a glance.
NPMA's annual convention brings thousands of pest management owners, technicians and suppliers together for four days. Kemp Anderson Consulting will be there the whole time.

Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention CenterGrapevine, Texas · October 20 to 23, 2026What owners want to know about the 2026 market.
A valuation takes days of work on your numbers, not a hallway chat. What a conversation at the show can do is give you a clear picture of the M&A environment you are operating in.
“Who is buying in 2026?”
Strategic buyers, private equity platforms and regional consolidators are all active. Kemp explains who is looking for companies like yours and why.
“Is now a good time to sell?”
Consolidation has changed how buyers behave. You get a candid view of where the cycle is and what that means for an owner thinking a few years out.
“What do buyers look for?”
Kemp bought companies for Orkin and Scotts before advising sellers. He explains what the other side of the table pays attention to.
“Who should be on my team?”
An M&A advisor, attorney, CPA and wealth manager. We explain what each does and can introduce people we have closed with.
“What if I am not ready?”
Most owners we meet at the show are two to five years out. That is the right time to understand the market and start preparing.
“Will anyone find out?”
No. Meetings are private and nothing you share goes further. Off the show floor if you prefer.

Twenty minutes across a table beats twenty emails.
Selling a company you built is personal. It is easier to ask the real questions face to face, and easier to judge whether you trust the people answering them.
PestWorld puts most of the industry under one roof for four days. Use one of them to understand the market you are operating in. No pitch, no pressure, and nothing you share leaves the room.

Sal Yanello · Hometown Pest Control“The team worked with us to understand the nuances of the Seattle market, positioned us correctly to buyers, and negotiated a great purchase price.”
Deanna Townsend · Eastside ExterminatorsAn advisor who started in the truck, not the boardroom.
Kemp Anderson began on a route at Sears Termite & Pest Control in 1994, then built and sold his own pest control company. Today he and Grant Sinnott advise owners on one thing: selling pest control, termite and lawn care businesses.
At the show, you are talking to people who know route density, renewals and what buyers really pay for.
