The announcement

Certus has acquired Choice Pest Management, a pest control and lawn care company based in Fort Pierce, Florida, that has served the Fort Pierce area since 1998.

Choice joins Purcor Pest Solutions, Certus' pest control and lawn services brand, at Purcor's existing branch in Stuart, Fla., and will serve customers in Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie counties. The deal grows Certus' footprint on Florida's Treasure Coast, alongside the Miami and West Palm Beach markets Purcor already serves.
