Melbourne, FL – Kemp Anderson Consulting is pleased to announce the sale of our client, Paragon Pest Solutions, to Super Home Services Group.
Paragon Pest Solutions is headquartered in Melbourne, Florida and is a full-service pest control business, servicing customers throughout the greater Melbourne area. Keith and Cindy Brooker established Paragon Pest Solutions in 2014. Keith has been providing excellent service and unmatched customer care for over 32 years: he sold his first company, Paragon Termite & Pest Management, to Middleton in 2006.
Keith Brooker, owner of Paragon, said, “I’ve known Kemp since 2006. He was the buyer when I sold my first business to Middleton. Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Paragon Pest Solutions on the transaction. The transaction closed on May 31, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
