Jackson, MS – Kemp Anderson Consulting is pleased to announce the sale of our client, Synergy², to Orkin.

Synergy² is headquartered in Madison, MS and is a full-service pest control business that is solely focused on complex commercial accounts including restaurants, food processors, nursing homes, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, multi-family housing. Established in 2012 by Barry Pitts, Synergy² has provided a decade of top-rated, dedicated service to Madison, Jackson, and the surrounding area, but the owners are ready to retire and spend more time with their family.

Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Synergy² on the transaction. The transaction closed on November 30th, 2022, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
