Fort Walton, FL – Kemp Anderson Consulting is pleased to announce the sale of our client, Southland Pest Service, Inc., to Waynes Pest Control.
Southland Pest Service is headquartered in Fort Walton Florida and was started in 2000 by Jeff and Mary Rushing. The goal of their company was to provide quality, courteous, and professional service at a reasonable price.
Mary Rushing of Southland Pest Service said “We quickly realized there was much more to selling the business than we had expected. It was a huge relief to stay focused on day-to-day operations while the team at Kemp Anderson Consulting managed the sale process. Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Southland Pest Service on the transaction. The transaction closed on May 8, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
